Thank you to the Lake Members that let me know that the previous form was not able to be print into a page format.  I have converted a membership form to pdf so this should take care of the issue.

Your support for our community center and park is much appreciated.  This is a gift we were given by our founder Mr Falligant and we should join in to make it all it could be for the island.
