I just posted a board activity update last month.
The lake management budget is $19,106.60 for 2024
Lake management and fish stocking $13,321
Website registration and security $300
Taxes $123
Office supplies and expense $300
Special event (Party for all lake members)$618
Incorporation fees $30
Insurance $1394
Legal fees $3,000
No legal fees have been spent. In any event, they would not be spent on individual members or their benefit. Only for the benefit of the lake.
Why is there $618 charge for a lake party ?
