This afternoon my wife was down on our dock for our dog to swim. A few minutes after 2:00 she saw something floating on the surface. It was large white clumps of something that looked like powered washing power that had clumped up. I went down to check it out and it looked just like my wife described to me. It looked like someone had dumped their washing machine into the lake.
