I don’t know Tony. I will ask the tech on Wednesday.

Bill, The Fourth of July Holiday is a very active time for residents wanting to use the lake for swimming and family fun. It may be good to know before they come to spray.
Bill,
The Fourth of July weekend is a very active time for residents wanting to use the lake for swimming and family fun. It would be good to know conditions will be negatively impacted before they get here to spray.
Thanks for letting us know Bill!
I checked with the Lake Management people.
Treatment CAN cause algae and release dead growth, according to them. However, the lake water has clouded a good bit since spring and we had aggressive treatment on June 13. The treatment tomorrow should be more typical and should not cause a problem. I will check in with the tech in the morning to confirm that the treatment will not be overly aggressive and that we will not cause an undue result to ruin our holiday fun. I think some treatment is necessary to stay ahead of the growth situation.
