  • Thank you for the information. I plan to contact Mr. Morrow to understand the authority of the MPC for our county properties, and how the lake covenants play a part.

    For transparency, I will also ensure Mr. Morrow is aware that there are MULTIPLE violations of our lake covenants (covered docks, fence heights and locations, etc.) that, to my knowledge, did not seek variance at public hearings.
