Thanks to all the members who have sent in their payments or paid by Zelle. There are only 17 members that need to pay their dues.  Please pay now!  Remember, our board members are volunteers that donate their time to help maintain our beautiful lake.

It is again time to pay your $125.00 annual lake dues. Remember, these dues cover
regular herbicide treatments for weed control, Federal EPA filings, Incorporation fees, Talahi
Lake property taxes, periodic restocking (both grass carp and recreational fish) and other
operating and maintenance costs.

We are still looking for an alternate access point for launching the treatment company’s
powerboat. The empty lot that we have previously used has pending house construction and may
no longer be available. A small outboard powered boat is used to hold the herbicide spray tanks
and to distribute the chemicals. A gradually sloping entrance point is needed periodically to
launch the boat from a trailer. (Usually once a month but sometimes twice monthly during the
summer). Please volunteer if your property allows sufficient access. A waiver of dues and other
considerations are included. (Please include your email address on the form below.)
