The Talahi Island Community Center is having a membership drive.  For $60.00 a year you get to support a neighborhood treasure.  The park and the building are used many times per week and hold yoga classes and a weekly sew day for the Savannah Quilt Guild.  Parties, meetings and fund raisers are held there several times a month.  The funds raised from these rentals go to the taxes and upkeep of the grounds and building.  There is need to address a few upgrade to the building and I would like to see more of our lake residents involved in the community center that we share as Talahi Island residents.  You receive a discount if you are need of renting the building.

The ladies that are in charge now, Tammi Brantley and Kathleen Pecic, are doing a great job of keeping the building going during Covid and they need your support.

If you need an extra enrollment form, you can pick one up from the box in front of the TICC building.  Also, you can call me and I will pick up your $60 check to join.
