Hi All,

Hope everyone is gearing up for a big weekend on the lake.  The long range forecast is looking pretty nice right now.  I wanted to give you all an update on a few things:

1. Tom Owens has been serving as our Treasurer and has fulfilled his three year term.  He has done a great job collecting dues (100% collected) and keeping our bills paid on schedule.  We really appreciate him devoting his time to the Board!
2. Overall the lake is looking good but we just had a large rain event.  Last year, we had an algae bloom from the spring lawn fertilizing run off.  It looks like a yellow oatmeal floating on the surface.  There was also some mossy grass in some areas that was recently treated and has disappeared.  Let us know if you see anything unusual.
3. There are two jon boats being stored on the empty lot at 8 Twelve Oaks Drive.  Pictures attached.  This is private property that has graciously allowed our members and lake management company access to the lake.  It is not meant to be a storage area for boats.  If you know who owns these boats, please have them removed promptly.
4. We are looking at an event around July 4th weekend.  Stay tuned!
